Tasting Notes:
Rich flavours of citrus fruit and limes lead into an elegant wine with a hint of sweetness and a lingering finish. The wine will benefit from bottle ageing and we recommend to enjoy it between now and 2008.
Winemaker�s Comment:
We had fantastic autumn weather and I was excited by the golden colour and intense taste of the grapes. Following traditional winemaking techniques I allowed some oxidation in the winery. The resulting wine has a distinct �old world flavour� and an enjoyable oiliness � a perfect match to an Alsatian Onion Tart or a delicious Cr�pe!
